May I strongly commend Mr Petrarca for the high level of his professional medical skill and experience, his kind and thoughtful patient care and the confident case management approach which he demonstrated during two successful cataract procedures this year.

I have been treated by Mr Petrarca for cataracts in both eyes. Nine months previously my wife followed the same path. Throughout we were treated with enormous courtesy by the whole team. At the pre and post op consultations we were not rushed and every question was answered to our satisfaction, often this involved a simple sketch to help explain. Mr Petrarca’s friendly but professional approach gave us both supreme confidence. All our procedures went well and our faltering vision has now been restored to youthful clarity. When finally discharged we were left with the feeling that Mr Petrarca was as pleased as us at the positive outcome.

I have had two cataract surgery and both have been done with extreme care and excellent improved vision. The after care was also excellent. All those at the hospital were extremely helpful and professional. D.S. Grant

It is with the utmost respect that I write this review for Mr. Robert Petrarca. I had the privilege of being his patient on two occasions, namely for cataracts, and I cannot thank Mr. Petrarca and his team enough. I was made to feel completely relaxed and was kept informed on each step of the procedure. I suffer very badly from claustrophobia and great care was taken to make me feel comfortable. I found Mr. Petrarca's manner to be compassionate, courteous and caring and would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody.

I am writing this review on behalf of my 85 year old mother who has resisted the urge to join the computer age. She has insisted that I make it very clear to anyone reading this review that she has been over whelmed by treatment she has received from Mr. Petrarca. Importantly the outcome was perfect but nearly as important has been the manner she was treated. Everything was explained in an understandable way, appointments were precisely on time and Mr Petrarca has a wonderful bedside manner so to speak. Naturally medical procedures are not enjoyable by nature however this experience was made as pleasant as possible. Thank you. Cynthia Powell-Richards.
